Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

• All original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards and documentation must be included

• Security tags (if attached) must remain intact

Non-Acceptable Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The item shows signs of wear, use or damage

• Security tags have been removed

• The return request is made after the 7-day period

• The item has been altered in any way

Return Process

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Items must be returned using a tracked and insured service

• Responsibility for the item remains with the buyer until it is safely received

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
